Note: First-time chemical peel clients are REQUIRED to come in for a consultation first. Chemical peels are NOT recommended for clients who are nursing or pregnant. Chemical peels are NOT recommended for clients who have taken Accutane in the last six months. Chemical peels are NOT recommended for clients who have used Retin-A, Renova, or products containing Retinol, bleaching, or skin-lightening agents 72 hours prior to treatment.
Clients must agree to follow the post-treatment and at-home care plan provided at your appointment.

Body Peels are a great choice if you are bothered by the texture, tone or appearance of your skin. Body peels are used to correct the outer layers of your skin through deep exfoliation.

The list below should NOT get a chemical peel.
- Chemical Peels are NOT recommended for clients who are pregnant or nursing.
- Chemical Peels are NOT recommended for clients who have taken Accutane in the last six months.
- Chemical Peels are NOT recommended for clients who have used Retin-A, Renova, Retinol, Bleaching or Skin Lightening agents 72 hours prior to treatment.
- Chemical Peels are NOT recommended for clients who are receiving anti-cancer drug therapy (chemo) or radiation therapy.
- Chemical Peels are NOT recommended for clients who do not have time to commit and follow the post treatment and at home care plan.
3-7 days! For most clients peeling starts on day three and end on day seven. During this time it is important that you drink lots of water, keep your skin moisturized, wear sunscreen and avoid the beach, sauna or direct contact with the sun.
Yes. Only cancer survivors who has been in remission for at least six months can get a chemical peel or any advance skincare treatment. Your esthetician may require a doctor’s note from an Oncologist clearing the patient for treatments.
Booking Policy
Bookings close 1 hour before the session starts.
Cancellation Policy: Mink Total Medical Spa work on an appointment schedule with very little ability to fill spots at the last minute. All bookings require a NON REFUNDABLE deposit. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 48-hour advance notice is required. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations will result in charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will result in charges up to full service value. We DO NOT give refunds on deposits, services, spa packages, memberships or gift cards. Spa Events are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations. Our time is just as important as yours, no exceptions will be made.
