Cancellation Policy
Our relationship with clients are built on a foundation of mutual trust and respect. As a condition of working with us, all clients agree to the policies below. If you don’t support any of these policies, please refrain from scheduling an appointment with us. Thank you!
48 Hour Cancellation Policy
Mink Total Medical Spa work on an appointment schedule only, with very little ability to fill spots at the last minute. All bookings require a NON REFUNDABLE deposit. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 48-hour advance notice is required. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations will result in charges up to full service value. The card on file will be charged for the full treatment cost. If you’re 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. Our time is just as important as yours, no exceptions will be made.
No Show Policy
All NO SHOW reservations will result in charges up to full service value.
Credit Card on File
Your appointment time is scheduled just for you and only you which is why we require a credit card on file to guarantee and reserve your appointment. However, the card WILL NOT be charged unless you authorize payment after your session or if needed to honor the Cancellation/No-Show Policy.
Refund Policy on Services
We DO NOT give refunds on deposits, services, membership fees, services on sale or spa packages.
Spa Membership: Serene Sanctuary
Membership benefits are non-transferable and non-accumulative, so be sure to make use of your benefits each month to avoid any missed opportunities. If you are unable to use your monthly benefit you are allowed to designate a loved one to use your benefit for the month if you are unable to use it yourself. Monthly membership fees will be billed on either the 1st or 15th of the month and must be cancelled no later than seven (7) days prior to your withdrawal date. To initiate a cancellation, kindly send an email to order@minktotal.com. If you end your membership and decide to return, you will be reinstated at the higher price if applicable.
Refusal of Service
For safety purposes, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Intoxication
- Derogatory or bigoted comments
- Sexual or romantic advances
- Illness or infectious conditions
- Contagious or unidentified skin conditions (ex. rashes, warts, mysterious bug bites)
If you develop a skin condition, please clear it with your doctor before receiving services. If you exhibit any of the aforementioned conditions or behaviors, you’ll be denied treatment and charged for the appointment. Thank you for keeping our practice safe.
Private Spa Event
Spa Events are subject to terms of the agreement you agreed to and signed.
Phone Etiquette
Jewelry
We recommend leaving your valuables at home as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late check in can result in a reduction of your treatment time. If you’re 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. This will be considered a “no call/no show” and you will be responsible for the full amount of the scheduled session.
Precautions
Please consult with your physician to determine which services are right for you; if you’re pregnant, have allergies, medical condition, or are taking medications. If you develop a skin condition, please clear it with your doctor before receiving services. If you exhibit any conditions or unusual skin behaviors, you’ll be denied treatment and charged for the appointment. Thank you for keeping our practice safe.
Gift Cards
Our gift cards are available in any denomination. Gift cards are valid for a lifetime. Gift Cards never expire. We DO NOT give refunds on gift cards.
