Product Return Policy

At Mink Total Medical Spa & Wellness, we value every client and strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for all skincare and wellness purchases. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order to ensure you understand our return and refund guidelines.

We will gladly accept returns if the item(s) are unopened, unused, and returned in all original packaging with all tags still in place. To qualify for a return, all returned products must be received by our Customer Service Department within five (5) business days upon receipt of your order. Clients are responsible for all return shipping fees associated with sending products back to our facility.

Please ensure all items are securely packaged when returned to avoid damage during transit, as damaged or improperly packaged items may delay processing or affect eligibility for a refund decision process review.

Please note that a $10 restocking fee will apply to all approved returns. Once the returned item has been received and inspected to confirm it is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached, a refund will be processed within seven (7) business days.

If you realize shortly after placing your order that a mistake was made, please contact our team immediately by emailing order@minktotal.com with the subject line “URGENT MISTAKE.” Because we strive to process and ship orders quickly and efficiently, it is important to contact us right away so we can do our best to assist with any order corrections before shipment.
