At Mink Total Medical Spa & Wellness, we are committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and efficient shopping experience for all skincare and wellness orders. Please review our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.

Once your purchase is completed, please allow 3–5 business days (maximum) for your order to be processed and shipped. In some cases, orders may arrive as soon as 4 business days, depending on the delivery location. All shipping timelines apply to business days only, which are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

After your order has been processed, you will typically receive a tracking number within 2–3 business days, allowing you to monitor your shipment as it makes its way to you. Once an order has been placed, it must be shipped directly to the provided address, and in-store pickup is not available. We require proof of delivery for every package to ensure safe and verified delivery of all orders.

We work diligently to process and ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume and product availability. Orders are only processed on business days, and any orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
