Depending of the product chosen some people see results immediately. Others, require a series of treatments to be completed before substantial results are achieved.  For instance, if your skin has more advanced, long-term needs such as skin aging, acne or hyper-pigmentation caused by hormonal fluctuation or sun damage, your results may not be immediately visible. However, your skin will feel different after the first two weeks and the skin health will continue to improve as you follow the advice of your professional skin therapist. Results will be achieved if you are committed to your series of treatments and continue your home care regimen.

Yes. Cancer patients actively receiving treatments or cancer survivors who has been in remission for at least six months can schedule a Skin Consultation. We are Oncology trained and certified. Your esthetician may require a doctor’s note from an Oncologist clearing the patient for treatments.

Booking Policy

Bookings close 1 hour before the session starts.
Cancellation Policy: Mink Total Medical Spa work on an appointment schedule with very little ability to fill spots at the last minute.  All bookings require a NON REFUNDABLE deposit. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 48-hour advance notice is required. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations will result in lost of payment and or charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will result in lost of payment and or charges up to full service value. We DO NOT give refunds on deposits, payments for services, spa packages, memberships or gift cards. Spa Events are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations. Our time is just as important as yours, no exceptions will be made.
